Burger King — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I usually have little to no issues with this location as I come here all the time, but this morning they were very rude. I went at 7:30am to order a meal with a coupon. I was reading the coupons contents so they’d know what it’s for like I always do and before I could finish she cut me off to ask what I already said, and was literally about to answer again reading off the last part of the coupon, if she’d had let me finish. Seemed like she had an attitude because the first employee who tried to speak we couldn’t hear through the intercom. It was very low with static. I told the coupon code to the static man when he tried to speak again because I knew they would ask for that next, although i couldn’t hear him. I would’ve read that too if she’d not cut me off. She then got back on the mic because I still couldn’t hear him just to ask me how much cream and sugar I want with my coffee, to then not give me what I asked for. As if it’s my fault their mic is inoperable! I just woke up and it’s too early for a damn attitude when I’m talking kindly and being respectful, so here I am. The service was terrible. Rude and unprofessional. The treatment was completely unnecessary. Some people really shouldn’t be working customer service if they don’t enjoy...

This place absolutely never fails. Went here to get food. Waited 11 minutes by the clock on the order screen, only to be told that the staff didn't set a timer on the chicken and burnt out and it would be another 10 minutes before I would get my food. Then I just got a bunch of excuses from the manager Melissa when I discussed this was absolutely not acceptable and no reconciliation was done and of course it cost me time and money. Would never come here again. They were too busy listening to their music in the back which was exceptionally to loud on some music player than paying attention to the customers.

Melissa needs to get her crew together or Mr Sawyer should...

Today, 5/8/21 at 1:45pm I went thru their drive thru. The lady was polite and cheerful. Thank you. I got home with my double whopper with cheese and WOW!!! It looked just like it tasted. GREAT! Fresh lettuce tomatoes and onions, 4 pickles to fit the size of the burger and cheese melted down perfectly. You see, I stopped going to fast food burger spots years ago after so many bad experiences of spitting the first bit out and vomiting from the disgusting taste of undercooked/cold meat, wilted lettuce, old tomatoes. Yuck! This is a huge deal for me to get such a tasty burger...
