Besides the below issue, they purchase their dogs from questionable breeders and severely inflate the costs of these animals by THOUSANDS of dollars. The average price for a dog from this location is $2649 - $4000. You can purchase the same dogs from a local verified breeders for less than half of that in most cases. I actually have a list compiled of all the dog breeds they sell and where you can get the same dogs locally - better bloodline, quality and breeders. The average interest rate is 35% so keep that in mind and every review online & with the BBB speaks VOLUMES the quality of this lender.

My family has been visiting this store for weeks to play with the different dogs and to figure out what kind of dog we wanted to add to our family. On Wednesday we went by the store to look and my husband and kids fell in love with a great dane puppy. We asked to play with the dog and they put us in a room with the dog. My kids instantly bonded with the dog. Everyone agreed that we needed to add this baby to our family. We asked for the total out the door price, they gave it to us. We said Okay, we want to buy it. They said awesome, let's get it started. We still had the dog out and he was in my son's lap. The sales girl came back and said I can't sell you the dog - someone came in while you had the dog out and decided to purchase it. So someone else is buying it. Immediately my son started balling and I was like how on earth can you sell a dog that someone else literally has out. They said, oh she came earlier and left and now they came back to buy it. I said, They LEFT and you allowed us to have time with the dog and agreed to sell the dog to us. The dog was not hold. The sale girls apologized, said if it was up to her he would sell us the dog but she can't. The other sales girl in the front refused to speak with us and refused eye contact. I asked to speak with a manager and was told NO. They refused to contact a manager and/or the owner to make a decision on this. The story kept changing the longer we talked about it. Come to find out, the people that came back in were denied financing and that's why they did not get the dog originally. The dog was not on hold. We did finally leave because my kids were a mess. I asked for a call back from the manager. They told me that she probably wouldn't call me.

I gave them time to reach out. No one did. I went back in there today, the girl working called her manager and discussed the issue with her. After they hung up I was told in exact words "she will not be calling you." She is aware of what happened but she won't be giving me contact info and won't be reaching out to me. If that is how a small business treats customers, it is not a small business that I would EVER spend money with or recommend to anyone. I own my own business and I would treat my clients in this way or let any employee treat my clients in this way.

Upon doing my own research about them now, and speaking with other people that have purchased from them, it's wild they are still open. If you read through the reviews (the actual real reviews, not the ones the business has people post for free cages or the staff is posting) you will see the kind of business this is. They do not get their dogs from reputable places - most often puppy mills. They spend on average maybe $800-1000 on these poor animals and try to sell them for 4x the cost. A lot of the dogs have health issues. The two Australian shepherds they had on a discount of $2549 were both coughing and sick when we were in there on Wednesday.

BEWAREVERY DISHONEST* My family and I have loved this place for months until we bought our precious puppy. We would visit weekly to love on the pups and thought the staff was so friendly. We fell in love with our Pomeranian and decided to purchase her. The lady working that night was a lady we had not met yet and was very pushy. She offered us 0% interest for 6 months and no money down. so we decided to move forward with the purchase and started with the paperwork. She was unable to tell us what the interest rate would be after 6 months and claimed that this company didnt offer any paper work for me to review. She couldnt show me the interest rate on paper or the offer for 0% interest. She just kept reassuring me it would be 0% interest for 6 months. I'm an honest person and thought she was as well, so I believed her. We took our pup home and about a month later received my first bill in the mail, not only did they have a 34% interest rate, there was no offer applied for 0% interest for 6 months. I called the creditor and they said the puppy place would have to apply the 0% interest to my account. So i called the puppy place and they said i would be refunded from the card company after i paid interest and paid the card off in 6 month. This sounded crazy. I have never heard of such and just knew i had been lied to. Upon contacting the creditor again my concern was confirmed. This is not something they offered and I was being lied to by the puppy place. I was finally able to talk to the girl that sold me the puppy. She acted like she didn't even know who I was and just lied and lied over and over again saying she didn't say that and I signed the paperwork. She knew what she did but wouldn't take responsibility for it. she said the manager would contact me the next day but never did and she hung up on me. This is not an honest business. My husband and I have always wanted a GSD, it’s our dream dog to have. We waited a long time to make sure we were in a perfect spot in our lives to make the move. One night I had family in town and they were talking about getting a puppy, my mom purchased a pekingese pup from here last year and she has been an absolute dream. I recommended they check out the puppy place website to see if any pup peaked their interest, well one peaked mine. I seen the most beautiful German Shepherd puppy picture I’ve ever seen, he made my heart flip and I felt that immediate connection I had when I first seen our little rescue pup 5 years ago. The next day I decided to shoot my shot and was approved for their financing program. I was over the moon and went down there to see him. When walking in, the place was set up so sweetly, all these little puppies in their own areas some sleeping, some playing. They all looked so happy and well taken care of, everything was clean and very maintained, the ladies working were very helpful and friendly. They were up front and honest about everything about him, there was no stone left unturned when it came to information and answers to my questions.
