BE WARNED MOST IF NOT ALL of these reviews come from the workers and owners. I purchased a bedroom set one month ago. Since that day where I paid and was agreed on a delivery date I have been given fake information and reasons it couldn’t be delivered to finally be told they didn’t have it. They consistently had me coming to the store saying they had it and I continuously left empty handed after they tried to put other furniture as a replacement in which they didn’t even give me that after being swindled from a whole bedroom set to me saying I’ll take a separate king bed and the dresser from the set I wanted and even then I was told it would be delivered at 6:30. It is now 11:32 and being told otherwise. On top of this the owner was unaware I was waiting in the store and was yelling insults about me and my wife in front of us. I have demanded a refund and have yet to receive it. I will be involving police at this point and taking legal actions. Don’t shop here. They aren’t the same as they were last year. I was searching the Internet for a local furniture business, and stumbled upon this business establishment. And was greeted right when walking in. I was in search for a sofa, enough for 3 people to sit comfortably. And from walking nascar laps around the store and having help from both of the ladies through their vast of knowledge of the furniture. I bought a floor model. I throughly checked to see any imperfections and found nothing. I was very happy and satisfied through the whole process, I enjoyed both of the ladies help and hospitality. I can not remember their names because I was excited about my purchase. I bought a sofa from a Signature design by Ashley furniture. The feeling of the couch is like velvet and the cushions is firm enough but not plush. It was just right by my standards. The guys that wrapped up my couch did an amazing job to protect my sofa, because of the weather conditions that day. I got home and unwrapped and nothing was damaged. This review is just for my last visit. The first time, 5 stars. What changed? So glad you asked. The first time I spoke with Dee and some other woman. Both really nice and helpful but we were still shopping and weren't ready. Came back (tried calling but no one ever answers but that could be bad luck/timing) as we had made a decision on which couch. We found it for slightly cheaper but liked Dee and would rather give them the business as they were the first store that was helpful and gave us a good vibe. However we didn't see Dee and spoke with some "Good ol' Boy" who, in the span of less than 2 minutes, told us that not only would they not match the price but that it had gone up and that it would be $200 more. The cherry on top was that I caught him take a good long peek at my wife's rack when he thought we weren't looking. Super classy. So I took my business elsewhere.
