Went in yesterday for the first time ever. Picked out a living room suit. They said it would be delivered yesterday. We told the associates that we were going home to throw away the living room suit we were using since they were delivering the same day. We get home, discard our living room suit, and wait for the new one to be delivered. We wait and wait and wait. I call them this morning and they say , oh there must be a misunderstanding, your not on the delivery until Thursday. I'm livid. My mother got behind on a rental agreement with them while she was sick. Over the course of time, the phone calls she received were never rude or hateful. They never showed up late in the evening banging on the door. They did their best to work with her, until they needed to pick up the items. Even at that point, they were still polite and respectful. Which is not the norm for rent to own companies. I just wanted to share our experience and give them the rating they deserve. The delivery person was courteous, efficient, and thorough, and did an amazing job setting up our washer and dryer. I feel valued and respected as a customer.
