Rent-A-Center — Local services in Jacksonville

We Rented a bedroom suite from Jacksonville Rent A Center. It got delivered Saturday, November 28th around 4 pm They got done putting it all together, etc about 530pm. Come around about midnight I get out of bed to go check on my son. I come back and sit on the end of the bed and feel bites all on the back of my legs and my feet, so I get up and start looking at the bed and see like TEN- BED BUGS! on the frame of the bed and hurry woke up my boyfriend and tell him, so we are trying to hurry as fast as we can to get this infested bed out of my house, and I stay up all night trying to make sure there are no bugs anywhere else in my house Come around 9 am when Rent A Center opens I call them and tell them about it all and they send two people out to get the bedroom suite and they see the bugs all over the Furniture themselves and then Rent Center tells me how it will be fixed blah blah and keep putting me off saying I should get a call from The insurance company and I never did. Chris the Jacksonville manager told me my claim got Denied. Well come today Tuesday, January 12th I get a letter from Sedgwick, Rent a center claims liability Claims how it IS NOT DENIED! They give the worst customer service and have not done anything to justify what my family has been through. Let me also tell you the pictures do Not do Justice!!! For how bad it was and Thank God we got the bed out right away and noticed it. This BED WAS IN THERE STORE! DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THEM! THEY HAVE BED BUGS IN THEIR STORE!!!! 2126 N 1st St, Jacksonville, AR 72076. I would never tell anyone to go to this store. They are all terrible people very Unprofessional and will continue to just put you off. Chris the Manager should be fired for the way he talks to Customers. It is a little bit on the pricey side but I have to admit the sales staff was awesome and getting us exactly what we needed plus giving us a discount. We running from them once before a few months ago and it was some bad communication crossed wires between us so I gave them a little bit of a bad review and when we went into the store we got confronted This Time by the manager of the store but he waved whatever we owed last time and forgave the bad review and we started with a clean slate and he didn't have to do that or deal with us but he did so I have three items of merchandise from there and I only pee a little over a hundred every two weeks so it's actually better made merchandise and I would recommend...

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ! They never come out for service calls but watch out if you are late on a payment they will call non stop all day long. funny how they can show up when they want there money but can't show up when you expect to get the service you requested and have payed for ! Even after you tell them that you are purposely paying late to get there attention they still do nothing to fix the problem! The manager Chris has to be the most arrogant and rude person i have ever dealt with on the phone how this guy still has a job is beyond me i would have fired him on the spot for the way he talks to customers. because of him i will NEVER EVER rent from...
