I dropped my phone and broke the screen while traveling. I went to CRP and explained my situation and that I was supposed to leave town the next morning. After the manager James Favors repeatedly guaranteed the screen and back cover would be fixed (which he also guaranteed its fixability, telling me he knows because he has been in the industry so long) in 15-20 minutes after Fedex delivers the parts (at 1pm or 330pm tomorrow). After all of his promises I decided to put off my departure and get the phone fixed. When I called the next day at 330 I was told parts had arrived but the phone wouldnt be ready until at least 6pm because there were many ppl ahead of me. I pointed out the guarantee to the owner who didnt care and just kept saying it was an unreasonable time and I should understand, reguardless of any promise or guarantee they made. I told them to not do the repair and I would come pick the phone and refund up in 20 min. When I arrived they told me that they started the repair... (after I told them I just wanted to come get it back) and I could either wait or just take it in pieces (owner kept blaming James for this). So I waited... and while waiting over 30 min the owner dealt with another customer while "making fun of my situation". He kept offering/threatening to review the security video to see if I was guaranteed or not... I encouraged him to, but am not sure he did or cared. I finally got the phone back and the back cover is already falling off again.. I had to tape it down about 15 min after getting it back. I would think more than twice about going to this company or believing anything they...

Last week, I was laying in bed, & my iPhone XS screen went totally black. š©I called Apple 3 separate times & was on hold for 30+ minutes each time & then hung up on. š Then I decided to drive to the Apple store in Chenal place (which is 45 minutes away from where I live), & discovered that they arenāt accepting walk-ins & they have zero reservations available for the rest of the month. They recommended that I go to a third party store like Best Buy to see if they can repair my iPhone. I went to Best Buy in Little Rock, & a diagnostic test was run, & I was informed that there is a āglitch with the motherboardā, & it would cost $550 to have it repaired. My husband recommended that I try this place as a last resort before I dropped $1200 on a new iPhone. When I walked in, John was super friendly, & I explained what was going on with my phone & he took it to the back & went to work... within 15 minutes, he was able to tell me that my phone had power, & he was still working on it. He replaced the screen (even though there wasnāt a crack or anything in it) just to see if that was the issue & it was! It cost $179 to have the entire screen replaced, & I was in & out in about 30 minutes. Iām sooooo glad I didnāt have to replace my phone completely & my phone is usable again! Highly recommend this place for any/all cell phone repairs. They have excellent customer service, & warranty their work....

Anyway, my daughters bought me an IPhone for Christmas, but because of Covid and my underlying conditions, I would not venture out to get it activated until after I got vaccinated. My new phone worked good from March 27th until the afternoon of May 1st when I got the notification NO SIM CARD INSTALLED!!!!! WHAT??
My daughter submitted a claim for repair to the insurer and was instructed to take the phone to CPR so she called them. I was told to talk to James or Anthony. Upon my arrival, James was about to take a break but he was very helpful. I appreciate him for that. I didn't have to give him too many details because he remembered talking to my daughter and once I assured him he had all the facts right, he took it from there. He was professional, attentive and patient and I could tell that he genuinely cares about his work and his customers. He tried everything to get the phone to work, but it was irreparable.
Although James could not get my phone to work, he told me what my next step was and then followed up with my daughter too. Now I know where to take my phone or any other electronic to whenever I'm having a problem. I feel certain that James and CPR will do all they can to fix...
