Subway — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I have tried to give this subway a chance more times than I probably should have. But when asked for a sub, you expect fresh bread, not yesterday's. One of the subs I ordered and had toasted it came out as a heated sub, not a toasted sub. The staff was very rude, I felt like I was an inconvenience for them. I'm not sure who the owner is of that franchise, but if you want to keep that store open and not keep loosing business to the Main Street or even the Base for those who have access, it's time to clean house and I mean a full clean of the entire staff. First off I ordered through the subway app. It wasnt so user friendly and I'm by far not computer illiterate. I forgot to change pick up time to a later time and I called the store as approximately 3 mins after I placed the order to modify the time. First a guy told me yes and when I called back to verify who I was he sd no because they would have to throw them away so I had to go get my order. I didn't get to open it until later when i got home from work. My sandwich was wrong so they had to throw it away regardless. The young man was very kind, but obviously in training. We repeated our order multiple times. That was no problem, but he toasted our meatball sandwich then put cold bacon on it??? The place was clean and he did tell us they would be closing in 30 minutes. We sat down and my son had his sandwich out eating it when a you girl "hollered" at us "I'm sorry the dinning room closes at 9:30." We looked on the door before we came in AND the guy told us 10:00.
