I have tried to give this subway a chance more times than I probably should have. But when asked for a sub, you expect fresh bread, not yesterday's. One of the subs I ordered and had toasted it came out as a heated sub, not a toasted sub. The staff was very rude, I felt like I was an inconvenience for them. I'm not sure who the owner is of that franchise, but if you want to keep that store open and not keep loosing business to the Main Street or even the Base for those who have access, it's time to clean house and I mean a full clean of the entire staff. I forgot to change pick up time to a later time and I called the store as approximately 3 mins after I placed the order to modify the time. First a guy told me yes and when I called back to verify who I was he sd no because they would have to throw them away so I had to go get my order. The place was clean and he did tell us they would be closing in 30 minutes.
