If it were up to me, they wouldn't get the one star. Zero is more like it...
We are are a loyal AT&T customer for over ten (10) years with multiple lines!!! We upgraded my wife's phone yesterday. The salesman, Caleb, was great. Put on the screen protector right out of the box. Did the transfer... Around 7:00 pm last night the phone started shutting down and turning back on... off/on continually... but would never come on. By that the time we figured out it was doing that they were closed. So my wife took it back to the store the next morning, Caleb said there was nothing he could do but take it back but he would have to charge a re-stock fee... My wife then spoke the manager, Ms. Alexis Hill, told my wife you should have come back last night and the only thing she could do is send the phone off to AT&T and they would send her a new one in a couple of weeks because it was their problem now... then began to laugh at my wife. My wife left the store and went to the North Little Rock store where they helped her with the issue of the phone and satisfied a loyal multiline customer.
Needless to say, I would recommend you to keep on driving a little further to North Little Rock!!! If you just have to go to this store, and you get Alexis or Caleb, ask for someone else... no integrity in the product that they sell (I'm sure they would blame it on the store... they just work there)... Ask for Jay he's always taken good care of us over the years and helped us no matter...
Read moreMy mother went to this store to upgrade her phone to the new Galaxy S5 that I got for her and was treated badly. The guy who met her at the door was not interested in helping her at all. Told her that she would have to transfer her stuff herself. She called me later and told me about the experience as was very upset. The guy was rude and totally not helpful. I called 2 other stores in the area this morning and they BOTH advised that they could help her with the transfers would be more than happy to assist.
So I called the manager of the Jacksonville store to discuss his employee - the first guy may very well have been the manager. This guy was rude to me and made all kinds of excuses and blamed my mother for the experience. She is 76 and not tech savvy. All she asked for was assistance. Come to find out, Jacksonville has a machine to hook the phones up and make the data transfers - this was never offered to my mom. The manager was not interested in addressing the situation with the rep never asked me info on the guy, just made excuses and blamed my mom. VERY POOR CUSTOMER...
Read moreI went in a few nights back to get the new iPhone 11. Upon entering the building there was about 6-7 sets of eyes staring back at me and my husband in a very awkward way. One of the employees said we cant both come in they are serving one customer at a time. In confusion I said that we were one customer. My husband expressed opinion on the store rule because It didn’t make any sense to us. The employee very aggressively kicked us out after that! I am so surprised by the lack of professionalism this store showed us! I guess opinions are not authorized at Jacksonville ATT. What great customer service...I was happy to give my commission to Sherwood, and will continue to do so from now on. They had no problem serving my husband an I at the same time.
