I am disappointed with the Jacksonville Arkansas location today. Can someone from corporate or the area manager contact me. I had a pizza delivered today to my address, and when I received the pizza, it was cold, stale and old. After my kids grabbed a slice, I realized that the pizza was old and called the Jacksonville location. There were five pieces still left in the box. I called three times and each time the employees hung up the phone. So I called another location, and the manager told me that they would redeliver me a fresh pizza, but I am outside of their area. So I asked them if they could contact the Jacksonville location so that I could speak with the manager. After finally getting ahold to the manager at the Jacksonville location (Jay), we explained to him that the pizza was old. He told us that he wasn’t replacing the pizza because he had just made it. He said that he would refund the credit to our account. We told him that we didn’t use an account. We signed in as guest and we used cash. Before I could finish speaking he hung up in my face. We found a ride up to the location. We brought the pizza back and asked him for a fresh pizza or a refund. He told us that he wasn’t replacing the pizza because a couple pieces were missing. We didn’t argue with him. I told my boyfriend to call another location so that we could get a hold of the area manager. After I said that, the Jacksonville manager told me that we would have to place a call outside of his store and proceeded to call the police. The manager had the audacity to tell the dispatcher that we were trespassing. We waited around for the police to finally show and they never did, so I’m not sure if he called or not. This is not acceptable behavior from a manager. We are faithful customers who order food from here all the time and never have any issues. He didn’t even try to make it right. We didn’t cause a scene or be rude about the situation. You can also go check the camera. I will not be ordering from here again. No refund and no pizza. Read moreI called in and made an order for delivery as I’ve done in the past and had no problem. They were VERY rude and stated they don’t deliver out to our neighborhood. ( 1 mile down the road from their store) I stated they have in the past and they got the manager on the phone who stated I was correct and it did show they delivered to our house in the past. She stated today would be the last time they would do so. Which was fine. Confusing, but fine. I appreciate at least them willing to do one last delivery. My husband called a month later to order for delivery not knowing I had had that conversation with them prior and only knowing they had delivered to our address in the past. A male manager was put on the phone because they stated they wouldn’t deliver to us and my husband was confused. The male manager was VERY rude and stated that they had already told us they don’t deliver to us. Had this of been handled politely I would understand but it wasn’t. The managers were very rude to both of us and not once did we raise our voices or act in an upset state toward them. We were just confused as it had never been an issue in the past and now all the sudden we were out of their area which apparently warranted a rude tone. My husband is an OVERLY nice person so him being the man he is he just shrugged it off and called a different place seeing as we had people over he wasn’t one to make a scene. Read moreEdit After my review I started reading recent delivery reviews, (Which I should have done before placing an order). He complaints sound like the same female employee, although i could be mistaken. Maybe pizza hut should find something other than working with the public for her.
Waited over an hour for our pizza to be delivered. (Which was expected as it is a saturday). The person pulled up and then promptly left without leaving our food. The app showed it had been delivered so now we call up there. All I can say about the lady that answered the phone is that she could use some EXTENSIVE BASIC customer service training. Once the manager got on the phone we found out they had delivered it to the wrong address and then it somehow was taken back to the store where it still was sitting. I don't know if they thought we were just going to forget that we were going to forget that we were hungry and had ordered pizza or what but by this time more than 2 hours had passed. We finally were refunded our money. Mistakes happen, but to not correct the app showing it had been delivered, let US know what was going on, and then allow someone (the 1st employee we spoke with) to talk to customers and argue with them that way is...
