If I could leave a -0 I would! My fiancé and I went in to make a purchase on 10/20/24 and we encountered an employee by the name of Theresa we wanted to try something different and begin to ask questions. Theresa informed us completely WRONG. Upon leaving the store and I begin to open the product to see how it work, I begin to notice that the main thing we wanted it to do it in fact didn’t do at all on our way home we called the store to see if maybe we where doing something wrong but nope it didn’t do what we was told it did even with us asking directly if the product performed that particular task. Now because we were told the wrong thing we are stuck with a product we are not interested in using (NEVER USED STILL IN BOX) and spent $60 for. They tell you to scan a QR code in order to contact someone which they wait to see if you are going to leave it alone. This place is horrible, the employees are not educated on the products being sold so please know EXACTLY what you want. I will be contacting BBB to put in a complaint, I will be putting in a claim with my bank and going as far as possible with this situation. I ask if I could get a store credit so we could purchase what we THOUGHT we was informed we purchased the first time. It’s been well over 2 weeks no resolution, just someone will call and to date there has been nothing! I have been nothing but polite, respectful and patient in getting a resolution but all I continue to receive in return is unprofessional and disregard! Just a horrible place. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

An all around amazing store! Key points are amazing service, kindness, understanding, and helpful. Have seen first hand that workers care about every guest that enters through the door. Treated equally and with care. There is no judgement in the store. Don't be afraid to be shy, or uncomfortable. The word is human, there's nothing to be ashamed of when entering this building. As well as other customers other than myself whom enter this establishment, need not feel threatened or singled out as to anything other than a welcomed guest in this store. The upmost respect is given to everyone that has entered this establishment when I was there or as I myself walked in. I highly recommend this location, especially with employees who are very knowledgeable about the products sold here. My husband and I come here at least twice a year and in the past there’s been aggressive sales tactics but it was mostly just informative… last night was so different and we decided not to go back. I was drunk so my guard wasn’t completely up with the sales tactics but whoever was working literally picked up everything I was looking at and took it to the front. She said she was just keeping it up there incase I decided I wanted it but rang all of it up when I went to the front. She asked about adding 2 other things and I said yes to one but she rang up both and I didn’t even notice.
