I cannot feel anymore disgusted by the service of all the employees, the environment and the food! I ate there yesterday and woke up heading to the ER due to food poisoning! I noticed their chicken was not fully cooked and still had blood leaking out! I ate just one plate of their food and woke up with a severe ache, vomiting and constant running to the bathroom. I did not sleep and I STILL FEEL VERY SICK. This restaurant needs to be investigated like yesterday. It’s urgent. The service and employees were so rude and treated us like peasants. I saw a pattern of how they treated all the customers. They were rushing people and making people feel very uncomfortable. They do not honor their customers with value as were the ones walking in to their restaurant. It’s like walking into their homes and them reacting with an uninvited demeanor. They just want your money with no respect towards their business. They speak to people rudely as I witnessed with myself and others. The entire moment was hell since my family and I walked in. We give pleases a try, but this place was a TOTAL NIGHTMARE IN WHICH I WILL NEVER VISIT, NOR RECOMMEND! I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH A TREATMENT. THIS IS ABSURD AND THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS! Especially now with food poisoning. I will be seeking lawyers. Also, the MANAGER WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL AS I WAS PAYING. She smacked her hand with placing the receipt down on the counter an said rudely sign! Extremely nasty and my wife responded to her by telling her she was rude. She pursued in speaking harshly and degrading in front of all the customers while everyone was watching. The employees have no morals. As it is family owned. They do what they want. Not a good business to continue being in business. FOOD POISONING!!! I also witnessed an employee inserting his finger into his nose and placing the trays in the buffet stands. SEEMS LIKE NO HAND HYGIENE IS NOT A THING AT CHINA BUFFET! The amount of money they charge for this restaurant is also absurd. Read moreBeen coming here for years now. It's been a few months but I went there tonight and everything was pretty normal at first, the staff isn't very social but they are normally polite enough. Fast forward to mid meal, I'm on my second plate of sushi. I've been eating a few pieces of sushi that are simply raw fish slices on rice. As I bite into a raw piece of fish, I hit a rotten part in it. I spit it out and do everything I can to get the sour taste out of my mouth to little effect. Naturally I approach the manager and tell him about my experience. He tells me that the fish isn't rotten, showing me one other slices of fish, trying to convince me otherwise, doing anything to try and tell me that I'm mistaken, generally arguing with me and telling me to deal with it. I call my friend to tell him about my situation, and the guy won't let me and my girlfriend step outside without paying first. I walk out anyway and I turn around to see he has blocked my girlfriend off from the door! Well now, I'm completely ticked this is turning into some ridiculous hostage situation. Naturally I go inside, take her by the arm, and step back out. The manager follows me, arguing with me while I'm trying to talk to my friend on the phone, telling me that I lied about the raw fish, and that I'm trying to leave without paying. I reassured him multiple times that I would go in and pay after my phone call, but he wouldn't stop arguing with me outside. I kept my word choice respectful for the other families in and out of the restaurant, although I couldn't say the same for mister manager. I even reassured him that my family and I have been eating for years here without any problems, but nonetheless, he ripped the food ticket out of my hand and said "you couldn't afford it anyway." If this is how they treat their valued customers,as well as any possible health concerns (with raw food which is the most dangerous no less,) then I can't ever see myself being satisfied knowing that I, or anyone I care about, or even anyone who took the time to read this, would choose to eat at this fatality...
Read moreMy mom and I used to eat at this place all the time, but not anymore. A while ago, I’d say at least a year or more, i honestly can’t remember, but anyway I had the worst experience. Overall, Idk what has happened to the restaurant, but the food sucks. Used to taste good, but now it’s like no matter how much soy sauce you add food still has no flavor and we had a really bad experience this one time. I had some kind of chicken over lomein and rice and it looked as if there was a roach in my food so we called the manager to the table and my mom told the manager and he looked in my food and his answer was that it looked like squid. The fact that it was squid doesn’t make me fill any better. How tf does squid end up with the chicken? That’s cross contamination. It gets worse. After they openly admitted to this, my mom was really fed up with the whole experience, so she said she didn’t think we should have to pay for the lousy service. At the end of the day nothing got resolved. They made my mom pay for her food, even though after that experience we should’ve gotten our food free. They even had the audacity to give us coupons and say come again after that. Since my mom was really pissed off she tried using the coupons when we went to pay but the lady at the counter refused. She said you can only use coupons upon future visits. My mom threw it in the trash, like we’d ever come back after that awful experience. Overpriced too. The food sucks as much as the customer service. Go to Orange Buffet up the street a little on Blanding by OP high. Much better selection of food, never had any problems. Always kept real clean, better prices. Overall just hands...
