New China — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I have been ordering delivery from here several times a month for the last 6 months. Overall it has been a good expierance, until this evening. Sometimes our order(sweet and sour chicken combo with shrimp lo me in) has came in the same container and sometimes we have recived it in seperate containers. Tonight I requested it to be separated to avoid soggy chicken. Should not be a big deal. When I was told my total it was 2.50 more than usual. I asked if they changed there prices and that is when I found out I was getting charged extra for having them seperate. Now I order here often and I tip the driver well every time, so to be charged 2.50 for them to seperate my chicken from my lo me in(which they have done for free on rhere own in the past) kind of bothered me. But that is not why I am giving a bad review. I am giving one star for the lack of customer service I received. I asked for the manager, simply to state that this bothered me, and the man calling himself Adam refused to put the manager on the phone. Then when I asked for the managers name Adam asked me why. So I explained why I wanted to speak to the manager, then I asked for his name again. That is when "Adam" told me that "I think his name is uh-uh-Mike". I do not appreciate being bullshi++*@. THE DRIVER JUST LITERALLY STOLE MY MONEY!!!! Let me start by saying the food was delicious, if it hadn't been I would've gone to get a refund. The driver rings the door bell 3 times really fast. I answer the door and he is already back in his car. When he saw me he came up with my food. He didn't tell me the total or anything. Just grabbed my twenty dollars and left. I was going to tip him so it wouldn't have been a big deal, it is the principle of the matter. All I ordered was the Orange Chicken which was very good. I would've given 5 stars if he didn't...

Well I have to tell you a new China is pretty new to me I enjoyed the meal deliciously. Sometimes I've gotten a few items that were kind of hard you know from the are hitting them like the fried goods and it was good though either way. I do like New China the owners are respectful nice to get you in and get you out and it's just all around good atmosphere. So I give New China five stars New China by the way it's on the corner of Youngerman and Argyle it's right there you can't miss it so check it out...
