W.M.C Mediterranean Cuisine of Springfield — Restaurant in Jacksonville

It's quite unfortunate my experience is the exact opposite of all the reviews that I read. Usually before I eat at a new spot I check out the reviews just to assure that I'm making the right decision.

The customer service was not on point, I was treated as if I wasn't inconvenienced. The friendliest person in the facility was actually stocking the beverages.

Maybe I caught this restaurant on a bad day. I had the gyro fries and a falafel wrap. The fries and the falafel were cooked in the same grease and you can obviously tell that the grease was recycled. They had a bitterness and sourness to it. I didn't even get a chance to take a picture of how greasy it was before I threw it away.

You can always tell when someone cooks your food upset, and that's what my food looked like. Like somebody was angry to come to work that day.

I don't discredit anyone else's experience, but I definitely will not be coming here again.

My friends and I decided to try this place for the first time. Bad choice on our part. My food Gyro was old lamb meat reheated, over cooked & sloppily prepared in a pita bread. I called my friend to see if she enjoyed her food a Greek salad with lamb meat. She stated, her salad had cucumbers, regular lettuce mixed and her meat has good flavor but appeared to be reheated, old and dry. She end up throwing the whole meal away and went to purchase something else. In addition, The owner/cook was sarcastic regarding paying debit or credit asking which do I prefer? I replied it didn't matter & he replied well it does to me... It's cheaper with debit. Uh, why ask me that question? I should've known better it's attached to an auto shop, not to mention it had a bad odor upon entering which is why I noticed the oscillating air fans by the door. Two stars for the...

I usually don't write reviews, but I felt this place deserves recognition. This is the best Mediterranean food I have ever eaten! Every dish that I've tasted is so flavorful and delicious. I couldn't even believe the flavors I was tasting in each bite. The service is fantastic! Our server was very helpful and informative about the menu. He was also kind and on top of everything. The atmosphere is a nice, clean, and friendly environment. The decor is simple, yet elegant. They even played lovely music to enhance the ambiance. This is a hidden gem that is now my go to for Mediterranean cuisine. Compliments to the chef for such an amazing dining experience.
