Reggae Roots Culture Shop — Local services in Jacksonville

My sister & I went into the Reggae Roots Inc Culture Shop today (on Main Street & 5th street Jacksonville Florida) to look around maybe even purchase a few things as we were in there it began to shower down outside & so our stepdad & friend came into the store along with the baby & another person to stay dry the reggae man told us "if you're not buying nothing you must leave" remind you we were being quiet & trying to stay dry but he still put us out as we stood outside under the shelter he came out to tell us to get on the sidewalk we politely pleaded with him to allow us to be under the shelter especially since we had a small baby with us but he refused even though we explained we don't want the baby sick from getting wet we remained polite & respectable & moved onto the sidewalk so we finally applied & we were soaked including baby once he seen this he asked if we wanted to stand inside. My experience shopping at this shop was horrible. The owner is very rude & disrespectful. I came in with my children to make a purchase & I asked him for advise on a product. He rudely declined to help me and asked me to leave the store without selling me the product because I stated respectively that he was rude. He has zero customer service skills. I will never spend my money there again and everyone I know I will inform them to not shop there as well. I first entered the store with the desire to purchase only one item. Instead, the owner provided product knowledge and awareness on various merchandise. He was very professional and excited during our consult. The premium quality of oils, soaps, purses, clothing and teas....just to name a few are something everyone must try. After using the Soursop Tea, my Menopause symptoms were gone. Anyone suffering from this can identify. My affirmations can go on and on in which I'm very indebted. This was beyond my expectations.
