Despite me leaving a 5 star review, I had the worst experiences ever at this location. I honestly have never left a negative review before. This is my first time ever leaving a company a negative review. I’m a business owner myself and my goal is to at least give this location a chance to redeem themselves without it negatively affecting their business or reviews.
Last Sunday, December 10th, I placed an online order at 12:36 pm. I had an appointment at 1:30 so I wanted to give myself more than enough time to get to my appointment. I arrived at the store at 12:50, got out my car, walked to the door, and there was a sign on the door stating due to low staff all orders must be picked up in the driveway thru. I get back in my car and there are truly 14 cars in line in front of me. The first car got out their car and said they had been waiting 40 minutes at the window for someone to give them their order. I only had 30 minutes to get to my appointment and there were 14 cars ahead of me. The whole point of me placing an online order was to get in and out. I tried waiting as long as possible. After waiting what seemed like forever, I had to leave. I never received my order and could not even go inside to speak to someone.
I called corporate last week hoping they would help me, and to this day, nothing has happened to restore my faith as a customer in this situation.
I am truly a supporter of Firehouse Subs and have been for years. All I’m asking is for someone to right this wrong. That’s all.

Read moreThis place is so freaking pathetic. I assure you the employees are the ones rating this place a 5 Star. Yes the food is good and the employees are doing their best but they take 30-40+ mins to make subs. I placed my order on the Firehouse app 15 mins before I took my lunch break. The app told me the sub was going to be ready in 11 mins. & I was ok with that. I arrived and waited over 30 mins. The sub took 45 mins to make from the time the order was placed. I noticed every customer was waiting for their subs while they looked at their watches & complained to one another about the long wait. I couldn’t enjoy/eat my sub because by the time I got it I had to drive back to work.
A few weeks later I didn’t want to return but I did because I figured the last time was a bad day. I ordered with the cashier and while ordering 2 different customers came in to complain their subs were made wrong. I got my sub & decided to eat at work. When I took the first bite I near threw up because my sub was made wrong. I was so mad and I couldn’t enjoy my sub again. Talking with my coworkers they laughed & told me they don’t go there because they’ve had their subs made incorrectly and they take forever to made them.
This review was painful to write but it’s the truth. I like Firehouse Subs and I’ve eaten in many locations in Jaxs but this one is by far the worst one I’ve been to. I highly recommend that the owner replaces the manager or the lead supervisor because they’re doing a horrible job managing the restaurant and you’re losing business💵.

I am at home and sick and my husband was trying to do something sweet to take care of me. He came home with a sandwich covered in onions which I cannot eat! He also requested extra Au jus, because that is how I eat my French dips, and he was given only a small cup, not even the size that comes with the large size sub! So he took the food back to the store to have them correct it, they were extremely rude, they were making comments under their breath about my husband, and they never apologized for their mistake! They kept arguing with my husband as if he had ordered wrong instead of them screwing up the order!
