So my mom brothers and I went through the drive through. It was not very busy and we made sure to not rush her when saying our order. I ordered a gluten free chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun and the deluxe condiments on it I also told her I would like a lemonade. My brothers ordered the deluxe Chick fil A meals with lemonades and fries when she read it back to us I was confused as to why she said iced tea and so I assumed it was my moms but she for some reason put it down that I said an ice tea when I said I would like a lemonade. When we got to the rest of the order we were missing a fry and the two lemonades as well and they said we did not order a meal with one of them when it did say it on the receipt. We got our fry and lemonades fixed and we left because I checked and everything else was there. When I went to go have my gluten free meal they gave me the gluten free bun with breaded chicken which was not what I ordered. To also add to the food, my brother did find some hair in his chicken sandwich while eating it. By this point we have a bit of a drive home and somewhere else I needed to be so we did not turn back around. For there only being one other car in front of us and it being very slow I am not sure how the order taker and the order would not be able to get the correct food and order down. They did get our food out in not even 5 minutes as well which is a very fast time and would have been nice if they had gotten the order correct and taken some more time to get it correct. I interacted with 3 different people including a manger there and not once was I told “it’s my pleasure “ , I was the one with the split payment. I said I had made one before. I apparently was wrong (no biggie ) but the way the manager approached the drive thru door towards my car was pretty aggressive. My order was today 06/22/2024 at 3:10 and the first time that came out of her mouth was “we don’t do split payments. “. There was no hello or anything
The tone and body language says a lot more than words that come out of someone’s mouth. When she approached me she was very short with me, the conversation was very transactional. I addressed my concern to the manager that her approach was a little too much and you can see that it irritated her.
I am honestly not even sure why the manager came into play when I had two sentences with the young man who asked about my payment.

Read moreI went in to purchase fishing license went to the counter by Sporting Goods the gentleman was over in the painting aisle helping another customer in the paint so another woman just started working there recently I cornered her and asked her if she could get me a fishing license she agreed knowing it would be a challenge and she was up for it very impressed first Walmart I've been in a very long time that actually had Associates that wanted to help there were two out of about six that I asked there that helped which was better than most purchased my fishing license got some fishing gear asked everybody I could find you know where was a good spot to fish on the way to get my groceries I asked a lady to look up an item that wasn't on the shelves she did we determined that they didn't have it so out of the blue I asked her good thing she was a fisherman fisherman got some very good Insight from her and was happy now I'm going to try it what she suggested and where she suggested in the morning wish me luck refreshing change for most Walmarts customer...
