Helpful staff an plenty of parking. However I Would not recommend using charge card when purchasing gifts. I spent over 1200 this year an unfortunately when some had to return an item they could not receive cash amount even though I gave them original receipt. Normally store credit fine but the item was not in stock an employee unsure when would be. Other local stores had under armour available an in stock. The item was purchased 27 days prior so store obviously already been compensated but now relative put in embarrassing situation to ask me for the money so they could go get the item at another store. Just feel in some cases or if gift giver sent item this causes inconvience an or embarrassing situation. If store did not have same or similar item plus up in check other stores to out of item cash refund appropriate with original receipt. Also that policy not posted in store. When asked about returns at time of purchase just told no problem as long as receipt with item. Oh plus when checked my card I paid 52.50 an only credited little over 30 dollars. When contacted I was told because that was sale price at time of return. I explained original receipt was provided. Manager said I was deducted discount given on total purchase for credit card application. Since 1200 purchase they took away 30 Kohls dollars an 24.00 discount for...

They’re trying to be like TJMaxx and Homegoods, except TJMaxx sells things for a normal price considering the quality. Kohls got rid of half the clothes - the clothes that are still there are Sonoma, Nike and adidas. Everything else is off brand (which isn’t a problem on its own) and made of polyester. I don’t want plastic clothes. I want cotton t shirts, tank tops, sweatshirts, etc. Almost every item I picked up unless it was Nike/adidas, it was made of at least 90% polyester. On top of that, the Nike and adidas don’t discount. The offbrand clothes that do discount are so overpriced that discounting them still doesn’t make them worth buying. If you’re looking for overpriced home decor, overpriced plastic clothes, or Nike/adidas, then this is the place for you. If you’re looking for kohls from 2-3 years ago, I have bad news for you.
