Chuck E. Cheese — Restaurant in Janesville

Not a great experience last night.. First they made us wait until they stamped 2 large parties that came behind us? Then they told us they were out of cheese so no pizza was being served,ok,then tell us what's available for kids...no luck there,young lady behind the counter couldn't give us basic information or even point items out on the menu (this was our second time at Chucky Cheese's),long story short,we got some food just to get it but we weren't happy. After we ate we went to buy a card so our kids could play and they refused to sell us a 45 minute card because they were closing in 1.5 hour!??Finally,after we begged them they sold us a point card.About an hour later we were leaving and another young lady(one wearing a mask) asked us to show her our wrists so she could shine some light on it,I complied but the rest of my family walked out already, well the young lady started yelling at us that she needed our numbers, didn't answer my question why considering we were leavin ,well,at least she 'stayed safe' while being rude to...

My daughter bugged to go to chuck e cheese for her birthday for months. I actually wasn't disappointed and was a little surprised. I thought with it being a chuck e cheese it would moderately clean, with peoples left behind food and drinks... Not this one! This was probably the cleanest one I've ever been to, even the bathrooms! The games are mostly for older kids, but my 2 under 7 were able to find some to keep them busy. One of the machines let my daughter play but wouldn't pay out tickets so we had to go get an employee. The first one I asked said "someone will be right out" then seriously didnt move from the counter. After roughly 15minutes (give or take a minute or two) I went and spoke with a different employee, she got what I can only assume was the manager and they fixed ticket feed right away. Other than the one incident the visit was actually pretty pleasant.

We have done the Chuck E. Cheese birthday parties a few times, and have always had a good experience until today! We had 13 kids and 16 adults , for our 5 years bday. I ordered the mega party pack. It was to include all they can play wrist bands, goodie bags, pizza and ice cream etc. We definitely did not receive the goodie bags. To go along with missing purchases, the lack of staff and zero security was an issue. To start the day there were only 2 workers. No one was by the door to check children, nor to make sure that no one escaped or was stolen. No stamps issued or any kind of check to make sure that who you came with, is who you left with. The workers were unprofessional, talking about their wild night, and in the manner they conducted the party. The establishment itself was busy, and to top it off, the ticket counter boy was very rude. Chuck E. Cheese lost our business, and I urge others to...
