Hibachi & Sushi — Restaurant in Janesville

I had the shrimp and steak hibachi and cru crab roll and asked for it with cream cheese. First, for being hibachi the flavors were not all the way there, quite bland but the steak and shrimp was decent, although for $15 there wasn't much. The rice is literally white rice, no flavor and was kinda hard. Truly helps to have the teriyaki sauce. The sushi.. I'm sorry but I didn't think the tempura flakes (soggy) and Mayo was going in the roll. Compared to the pictures I thought it was going ontop. So the combination of it all in the roll made it soggy and was not very appetizing and could only eat 1.. I don't know if the roll and the ginger in the container was old but it just gave me a unsettling feeling. I did have this delivered and maybe they can look into different to go containers as a lot of juice spilled into the bag and the food was not warm when arrived. And the steam made my sushi warmer than I'd like it to be. Nothing seemed fresh and I ordered 30 minutes after they opened. Everyone that knows me knows I expect a lot when it comes to customer service. I don't give out reviews really ever. But I have never had a more positive experience than tonight at H&S. For whatever reason our way street order got cancelled. Eatstreet basically told us that we were out of luck for the money, wouldn't resend thorder without paying for it again, and would receive our refund next week. After talking to the manager, Jason, this guy took it upon himself to solve our problem and make sure we got our food right there and then. He did it with a smile and I left the while situation laughing with no regrets. I will always support H&S as long as they remain open. Went in tonight for an early dinner with my mom. We've been here many times but it's been a while. Entered right away at 4:30. We were first to order. Our food was good, vegetable fried rice, chicken hibachi, and the Janesville roll. Our one sushi roll took quite a long time to arrive at our table. I think there is only one person who makes rolls and they were already working on online orders? It surprised us both that it took twice as long to receive the roll as it did to get our main dishes. Front dining area was fine but the bathroom looked a little gross. The toilet/sink were clean but the floor, walls, and door all looked nasty.
