When we first sat down the waitress we saw finishing up with another customer walked right passed us without a word. A few minutes later she came by with chip and salsa and left. Didn’t offer us menus. The chips were burnt and the salsa was sour. Then a different waitress came by and took our drink order but still no menus. I saw menus on a table and took one. Then a male waiter came by to take our order and told him we just got menus. The waitress came back and took our order. The food we got was not good at all. My steak huechrra was burnt and tiny pieces. My husband’s chimichanga had grizzle in it and the “salad” that came with it was watery. Neither of us finished and we paid and left. This place is pretty great. A little taqueria in the back room of the Mexican market. Very cozy. The staff was super nice and friendly. The food was fresh and hot and yummy. The steak burrito was huge and my friend had the chicken and steak tacos and said they were fantastic. If you like hot sauce, I recommend asking for the Arbol sauce, it’s to die for. Small restaurant with limiting seating available. They offer a buffet for $10.99 which is a little pricey, but it's all you can eat, so if you have an appetite, the price is perfect!
