There was a time this was one of the better shopping centers in West Pasco. Unfortunately there have been so many stores come and go over the years that it is but a shadow of it's former self. I must give it credit for carrying on and not giving up, however. There definitely is a certain loyalty to those business that have survived because most that are open have been here for many years. Kinda empty. There are only a few things in there that are descent...the Churro place, the discount grocery place, and Office Depot. The movie theater needs MAJOR upgrades, the Longhorn need a thorough cleaning (it smells like barf when you walk in and the LAST time I was there, my food tasted bad and I got sick before I even left), and the golf shop closed.
