Through Lowe's warranty dept. and per an email from Electronic Service Specialist, I had an appointment time frame of 1 - 5 pm. I called them the morning of the appointment to verify the time frame, spoke with "Courtney". Was told the service guy would call prior to arrival. At 4:40 pm, had not heard anything so I called back. The message said they were closed but was transferred to the service dept and "Courtney's" voice answering service. I left a message asking about whether somone was still coming or not. I left another message at 5:00 pm when they were a NO SHOW. I also sent an email asking what happened and when they would be rescheduled. The next morning I called Lowe's to inquire, the company said the time frame was never verified so they cancelled the service call. Which it had been confirmed with Courtney that morning! So, Lowe's called and rescheduled the repair for another day. This time she said they would call at 8:00 am and give us a time frame for arrival. We waited til after 9 am and never received that call so we called Lowe's again. She spoke with Electonics Service Specialist again, "Courtney", She said they called us at 0800 and spoke with a male and the conversation did not go well so they rejected the appointment. THIS WAS AN OUTRIGHT LIE!!! No one called us and NO ONE spoke to Courtney or anyone else from the company. Don't know what is going on there but they are terribly unprofessional and to lie about a call is outrageous! I guess Courtney is trying to cover up for her poor performance, lack of communications and lack of ANY follow up other than to make up lies to cover for her mistakes. She is definitely hurting the company....

The refrigerator stopped cooling so I called Best Buy and they made an appointment for a repair technician from Electronic Service Specialists, Best Buy's repair contractor. The appointment was scheduled for Monday, December 30th between 12 and 5pm so I took the afternoon off from work and waited. I started to get concerned because it was getting late so I called Electronic Service Specialists at 4:15p and left a message to see if they were still coming. At 4:45p I called Best Buy, and the technician also called the company and left a message. I was assured by the Best Buy technician that they would still come since they work late. The repair service was a no show and a no call. I have a 3--year warranty and I guess this repair service doesn't care since they will not make any money from this visit. I'm so disappointed with Best Buy first of all for using such an unprofessional company. I have since searched the reviews for Electronic Service Specialists and they were all bad. I was planning on replacing all my appliances with Best Buy, but this experience has made me rethink making future purchases from Best Buy. First phone call to Lowe’s was June 9th with service scheduled through ESS on June 12 between 1-5pm...no call no show. We called and the office had already closed, left a voicemail with no return call. We called again and luckily reached someone who said they never received the service request from Lowe’s (that’s a LIE). Appointment rescheduled and Mike (tech) actually came, inspected refrigerator and said he would have to order parts. Next appointment was scheduled for July 10th with a confirmation phone call received that morning at 9:21am from Mike that he would be out between 2-4pm...once again, no call no show. We called Mike shortly after 4pm that day with no answer and voicemail full so we couldn’t leave a message. The following Tuesday we still hadn’t heard from anyone, I called Mike and he told me they sent the wrong parts. When asked why no one called, was told we didn’t call back either (which we did!). We asked to have a manager call us, which never happened. Needless to say , it’s now July 21st and 3 un-returned phone calls later. We spoke to Lowe’s today and filed formal complaints and requested a new service provider. This...
