So, just a question. How do you know you have a sale coming up in more than 7 weeks where only 4 items are on the grand opening sale yet you do not have 1 item in stock, another item was picked and brought out way too soon (avacados)? Then you blame the Pepsi driver when you had 7 plus weeks to prepare? Did you wait until the sale started to order stock? Even if there was no sale, how do you run out of pepsi and mountain dew? And my last question is how do you hire someone who has a terrible attitude to answer your phone? She commenced to telling me she does not place the orders, she knew nothing about the sale, was unsure of what a rain-check was and as far as she knew, the Pepsi truck would not be there until next week sometime when the sale ends. Good job with the Under new management/grand opening sale. You have lost this household just due to the fact that you did not accept responsibility and you have a hateful employee...

I didn't have loose change so I figured I may be able to pay for a quarter with my bank card to get some groceries. There's a couple of empty carts by teller so I proceed to walk towards the carts, Brittany the teller yells across the other customers says "those carts are for customers get one from outside for a quarter!" A little more education...

The main thing don't like how they throw you're stuff in a baby seat in a shopping cart without asking you. The lady was rushing before even could tell her don't want my stuff in a baby seat. The only thing good could give them is the store is updated and looked clean but the employees are not friendly. If save a lot had self checkouts it would likely be a easier experience than dealing with rude employees they don't care where they put you're stuff once they are done ringing...
