KFC — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

When I went to KFC today I got my favorite order the number 10 original and it went bad from there on. Every time I go I want a chicken pop pie and always after 5:00 they tell me that they do not have any and they give a rude response and never seem to make more pop pies for the rest of the time. So the lady goes and makes the number ten and she is putting in mash and gravy when I said two orders of potatoe fries. So she looks like she is very pissed, so instead of putting the potatoe fries nicely she took like maybe two or three scoops of fries and dumps them rudely and I was about to almost tell her if she does not like her job then quit. Lastly most of these people just can't cook because the two of the chickens did not even taste like original. Every time I stop here they never have crispy chicken available. I was told I would have to wait 13 minutes. So I ordered 6pc original and was told I need to wait 5 minutes for that, so I said ok. Additional I wanted to order popcorn nuggets and was told they don't have any, so I ordered 3 pc tenders and was told I have to wait 5 minutes for that as well. Ended up waiting 15 min so I guess I should of just ordered the crispy chicken. Wgen they brought my order it was wrong so I waited even longer. Everyone that came through the drive thru had to park and wait for their order to be brought to the car! Honestly I don't think they ever have anything available. Very disappointed ☹️ we've been going to this location for years. Never had a problem till this new management took over. I placed an online order for the 1st time. I arrived 15 minutes early confirmed my crispy chicken was placed. They confirmed When it came pick up order. I was told I had wait 15 minutes the crispy chicken. I was told they had to fill other order when there weren't that many people that came in or drive thru. If they new myself including another customer was picking up his crispy chicken order. They should have made enough to fill our orders. They ended giving us white meat.
