Don’t buy your wedding lengha here! I ended up so disappointed with my outfit and with their customer service. I placed a custom order for a wedding lengha 3 months before my wedding based off a floor model, and it was a custom order as the staff had persuaded me to add extra embroidery. During payment they told us they would ship our outfits to our home for a flat rate shipping fee as a gesture of gratitude since we had bought so many outfits and spent several thousand dollars. A few weeks later when the outfits arrived, staff called us to collect additional payment for shipping… after a lot of back and forth, they finally agreed to not charge us any more for shipping as previously agreed upon. When my lengha arrived, the customization had gone wrong and the floral embroidery was mismatched and not cohesive, completely ruining the look of the lengha. The staff agreed that it was a mistake and asked what I wanted to do, it was now too late to order another lengha to be tailored to my size and they wouldn’t offer a refund. I ultimately ended up having to use the floor model lengha from the mannequin which could not be fully tailored to my size and which had signs of wear and tear already due to being tried on by other customers in store. They did not offer me even a partial refund or store credit, and asked that I send them back the other lengha so that they could still attempt to sell it in store! I had to spend additional time and money further tailoring the second lengha to fit me on my wedding day. To make things worse, the week of my wedding they texted me asking me to send them back the messed up lengha so that they could try to sell it in store. I asked them to wait units after my wedding and they still insisted that someone send it asap, despite all the extra time, money and effort I had to spend due to their mistake. At the end of it all, they lost nothing despite their mistakes and their poor customer service while I ended up having to wear a floor model lengha with wear and tear that was not even the design that I originally wanted on my wedding day. I was beyond disappointed. I ordered my reception lengha from studio elite across the street and had a much more pleasant and straight forward...

Good collection... Its bit pricey, you have to be very careful during selection and price negotiations.. Please check TAG and warnings... NO RETURN ACCEPTED, MAY BE EXCHANGE, NO WARRANTY ON COLOR OR DAMAGE, We got nice piece, as I am allergic to new fabric, I have to go through normal hand washing, just dipping in detergent water, rinse and dry. I wasn't aware about color can washed away...As possible skin related problem, I couldn't go for dry cleaning... Which this place highly recommends... All in one nice collection, but once you buy something, they got your business, you cant expect to get refund AT ALL, in possible case exchange... We cant find defect about fabric unless we wash... so there is glitch...
