I wanted to buy a diamond bangle and had done a lot of research online first. My specifications were simple, clarity VS-VVS, color D-F diamonds with 22k gold. I knew that IGI certifications are risky but I looked everywhere Only to find 18k gold bangles with lesser clarity and colored diamonds. I walked into the store just to see if I like any designs. I was first happy that they were mindful of COVID situation and had placed a “stand here” stickers for customers. After some trials, I singled out a piece which was part of a pair of bangles. I asked them if they will sell one of the bangles. They agreed and gave me good discount. I think 99% my experience was amazing because of Bhavika (malabar sales associate). Her way of talking, customer service, polite attitude, style suggestions on basis of requirement was amazing. I wish every store had a humble person like her, treating customers with patience and respect. She understood that this is huge investment and I should be given space and time to choose and make a decision. The manager was also very nice and humble to speak with, the little interaction I had with him. Later while they were billing I took a good look around the design collection they had and I must say... it is close to amazing. My next purchase would be definitely from them again.
