I cannot tell you enough wonderful traits about Adriane and her RE/MAX Shine team. I was very hesitant about buying and selling in this market (we had started our process of finding our dream home at the beginning of June 2021 really by accident.. we really weren't looking to move). In less than a week and I mean a "week" that we had a family camping vacation planned and I was a bit stressed about getting our house on the market, making the house "show ready" with twins (age 7) a little guy (age 5), and a puppy (all boys, all love, and all a bit messy).. I was just not sure if it was going to become a reality with the market also being so crazy at this time... and I am a positive person, it all just seemed a little daunting... Then came Adriane. Her persona confident, cool, positive... I have worked with many business people in the past working in a corporate environment both domestic and internationally. Adriane is one of the strongest business women I have ever met. She came in prepared.. with less than a weeks notice I had a portfolio of competitor market houses, what she thought we may be able to get on the high end and the low end and anything and everything else I needed to know including getting a sign up in front of our house. We met for about 30 minutes tops and I felt extremely confident with her knowledge and guidance that this whole selling our house thing was going to go smooth! So we went on our camping trip and I had remembered we had to finish painting our kiddos play room (just 1 more wall) that I had been putting off. When we came home from our trip to much shock, the wall was painted, our house was show ready (her team came in and helped declutter the room I had been putting off and staged the house beautifully), and we already had several people that wanted to take a second tour of the house with in a week and a half. Then sadly our dream house we were looking to buy fell through and we quickly removed our house from the market. During this process Adriane was completely positive, calm, and collective; reassuring when the time was right everything would move and fall into place.. and it did. Our dream house came back to us at the end of summer (2 days before our kiddos started school).. we got out house back on the market and it went up super fast as we had to move quick and Adriane was right there to help. And it sold!!! So fast! She was there every step of the way to ensure all went as smooth as possible from personal drop off's, texts, document drop off/pick ups... I cannot credit her and her team enough for being professional, hard working, motivated, calm, collective, overall just amazing! We can't say enough good things about Adriane Stuebs and her team. When she first came to our house to meet with us, we felt like a huge weight was lifted off our shoulders. Selling our house in the middle of a pandemic seemed like an insurmountable task, but Adriane immediately set our minds at ease with her professional demeanor and confidence that the house would sell quickly.
