Our company suffered a massive power fluctuation which took out our Exchange email server. During that time our internal IT staff made several attempts to revive the server with out success. Our owners reached out to Technology Plus to review the situation and were given the advise to disregard the physical server and go to the cloud for our mail. Technology Plus did not know us from Adam, yet treated us like we were a part of their family. I was connected with a technician named Andrew who was knowledgeable, efficient, and comfortable to speak with. All was up and operational within a few hours. I don't know how to effectively express my thanks as during this event I was having a major family medical issue. Andrew kept saying, "Don't worry, I've got this!"
