I was involved in a car wreck back in February of this year 2025,I was an passenger involved in the car wreck.Coming to find out the driver I was with,his insurance collapsed 3 days prior of the wreck and upon investigation the driver I was with was at fault also,which caused me not to have a case.However through the Sam Aguire Law Firm they assigned one of the best attorneys God could have ever blessed a person with,Her name is Ms.Christine.When I tell you she was so concerned as if I was a family member of hers, she was not going down without a fight,she was not having it. Due to the trauma I encountered from the carwreck which caused me life long damages to my body that I had to mentally heal from and come to exceptance of living with.I am still under doctors care.Through the carwreck the airbag jam my wrist which caused a rare disease called keinbock disease which shut off the blood supply from my wrist to my hand which is deteriorating daily and having to have a major surgery which inquires removing 4 inches of my bone in my arm also I'm undergoing continuous treatments and pain management for the seat belt that destroyed my breast which caused one of my breast to ripped into chuncks which caused nerve damage and now undergoing treatment for cyst formation which causes terrible pain throughout the day especially at nights. My husband Chris and I were involved in a vehicle crash that wasn't our fault. I immediately called Sam Aguilar's office the day of the wreck. From that point on they took care of everything. They set us up with a very nice rehabilitation center close to our house. Our vehicle was deemed totaled and we got paid within a few weeks for our truck. And the amount we were paid was much much higher than we had ever expected. Our wreck was at the end of March and we were done with therapy by the beginning of June. But here's something crazy that happened because of this wreck. During one of Chris's MRIs they found a 5.5 cm abdominal aortic aneurysm inside his chest area. I believe this was found sometime in early may. We immediately went to his family care physician and she immediately referred him to a vascular surgeon. The surgeon recommend for it to be removed ASAP do to risk of it rupturing. They generally rupture around 6cm. And if that happened he would most likely bleed out and die. So they scheduled him for surgery June 10th. Like I said before we finished our rehab about a week before the surgery. I am happy to report that that MRI saved my husband's life. Or you might say the wreck saved his life. The surgery went great and he has completely recovered from the procedure. Our attorney tired to include the annurism into his case but it's almost impossible to prove that the car crash caused his injury. But in the end we were both very happy with our settlements and would use this office again. Two years ago I needed legal advice on a wrongful death lawsuit to be filed when I lost my mother. I had a great experience with then so when I got into a car wreck June 2024 we was driving down Dixie Hwy towards Mead County around 11pm my boyfriend and I were sitting here talking, smiling and all of a sudden we was hit slung 200 yards down Dixie Highway. This young careless girl doing 90mph with no headlights on just hit us. At first we thought it was a hit and run but then my boyfriend found this girl e found the girl hiding behind a wall.
