Top notch trainers and facility that continue to push you workout after workout. No matter if you are a beginner or at an advanced level, the workouts are designed for every level so that you get the most out of each and every workout. Another great aspect of Burn is that he trainers actually take the time to get to know you and learn your level of fitness so that they know when you are working at at your optimum level and know when they can push you so that you can reach your fitness goals. Years of working out have never challenged, pushed me as much as burn, yet, cater to all levels of fitness. From beginner to elite. I mean I bought, "I hate you shirts, hate this place, see you tomorrow" shirts. Those have since been retired. Nothing beats walking out feeling empowered each day, love it. Kay, the staff (she's didn't look for anyone but "that someone" as staff is minimal, she's always present) have hearts for changing lives, not just physically but mentally. Kay also will make changes in your diet easy and fun, if interested. Subtle, healthy changes that will propel your level of physical changes. Oh, she'll also give you non-subtle health changes if you want them. She's there for you. I've seen people walk in the doors other places feeling defeated leaving, not at burn. Burn Boot Camp is a community that cares about you and cheers you on through your health journey. There are all ages and fitness levels at Burn so you never feel judged or uncomfortable while working out. You don’t only have your peers working out with you and cheering you on but also amazing trainers who truly care about you and want to see you succeed.
