Great looking dresser I received. Only thing I don't like is the Asian lady said they will deliver it at a certain time the next day. I call them and she said omg I forgot we didn't put it on the truck can you wait till another time. Then when that time came she gave an excuse about the guys. I didn't receive it till 4 hrs later. By that time I was late for work. Bad customer service and very VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Go back to business school and learn the logistics to better handle your customers. My money is not worth the time at this place ever again. Oh, also if you purchase something from here. You will not get it new, you will get what's on the floor instead. Seems like they don't have extra inventory. Just discovered my dresser was the same one I saw on the floor. The Asian lady promised it will be new....

The furniture that they deliver is not new. It is display furniture that’s been on the floor. I ordered a bedroom set. The rhinestones were loose & crooked in the headboard. They replaced it, charging me $40 for the delivery fee & that headboard rhinestones were even worse than the one I had. My dresser & both night stands had chips/scraps that I had to go over w/ a black permanent marker. I do not believe their furniture is high quality. I believe they purchase items from low end international websites. I’ve seen the exact same bar stools I bought off Amazon in this store & they are $80 more. But you get what you pay for.
