Several things: Everybody is rude. Nobody speaks from the security guard to the cashiers. I asked for a receipt for my purchase and they got an attitude.
I noticed on the register receipt that it didn't list my actual form of payment, just a hardware code (1.atm) because they run your credit and debit cards on a separate merchant card processing machine.
Follow me: Think like you're at a restaurant and the bill comes with two copies, one for you and the other to sign (customer copy and merchant copy). Now, since I need the correct receipt I asked for a copy of the receipt I signed, and helped them by offering them the quick solution of reprinting the receipt-(f3). The girl says okay, but didn't know how so she ask the dude (it wasn't our people and race is unimportant). He tells me no because they gave me a register receipt. I calmly and professionally explain to him that I file taxes and my purchases and amounts need to be identified to my actual payment method. The register receipt does not show it, can I have a copy of the one I signed? Now with an attitude he tells me the system doesn't print two copies. I take a deep breathe and look at him. He then suggests making a copy of the one I sign and I tell him that's all I asked for.
Side note: this is the same one that runs in the fitting room after I come out as if I stole the two items in my hand or the one I hung on the rack outside the fitting room to be returned to the shelf. That's why it's there, right?
Anyway, The lil girl goes to the back, copy's the receipt then slides it across the counter when she returns. I say thank you twice and the little girl doesn't say you're welcome, she just stands there looking like get out. Smh.
The lack of customer service and professionalism can only be contributed to the fact that they don't have any, then and only then can it go towards them being in the hood, becoming accustomed to mistreatment by other customers, a lack of knowledge and understanding of how to fully use their payment processing equipment, and knowing how to professionally respond to customers that don't steal, didn't get upset, was justified in their request, and who conducted themselves in a professional manner.

Read moreThe staff here are so rude. If you say hi, they will walk clear into the opposite direction but then proceed to follow you through the store. The only time they approach you is to check if you are stealing. There is nothing here worth stealing. This is a quick stop for a cheap plain t-shirt, that's about it. The clothing sold here is over priced, made of cheap material, and is only good to...
