Goodwill Store and Donation Center — Local services in Jennings

This is one of the worst Goodwill locations I've ever experienced. They intentionally SCAM and DECEIVE their customers. They do this by taking advantage of their workers, who in some cases may not have experience with customer service and/or business. The workers are good folks but the manager of this location encourages them to exploit their customers as much as possible. Sadly, they do not understand that what this manager is asking them to do is illegal but in my case, the manager knowingly admitted to deceiving me with an item where the condition was intentionally hidden. There was no need to do this but this manager understands that by hiding defects, Goodwill gets more for the donated item. The attitude and defensive nature is the worst part as they know what they are doing. Shame on this manager and shame on this location!

UPDATE: No, not taking your survey. It's insulting how I was treated and to think I'd spend more time is as appalling as the management team there. I got a full refund, not because of your team, in spite of your team who stood by their deceit. My payment company agreed with me, your company exploited a donated item for maximum profit.
