Subway — Restaurant in Jennings

I went to this Subway location yesterday and noticed how clean and updated it looked. Unfortunately I also noticed and witnessed extreme unprofessionalism and discrimination of the management towards an African American employee during the entirety of my stay. It was so extreme and blatant that customers ahead of me in line were recommending various job fairs and opportunities to the young man. The man was incredibly polite and fast and continued to serve customers despite the way that the management was treating him. At one point he repeatedly tried to ask his coworker, who seemed to be management, details about scheduling and specific customer orders and the other man ignored him completely. Stopped by to buy a chicken teriyaki sandwich for my mother. My mom is 76 years old and have difficulty chewing her food. I asked the girl behind the counter if she would please cut the chicken in smaller pieces because of my mom's condition. She told me No! we don't do that here? I asked why because every Subway I've ever gone to and requested that they smiles and said no problem. This lady tells me No they do do that for customers. I asked for the manager's phone number. While trying to write the numbers my pen stopped. I missed some of the numbers. Found another pen in my purse and asked her to please repeat it. She say "no! I don't think I'll be back. I wanted a pizza sub, but the girl didn't know how to make it, so I opted instead for a meatball sub. Then, the girl running the register didn't know how to let me use my rewards card - she kept running it as though it was a gift card. Finally, I got nearly out of the store and realized they had not put the cookies I ordered (and paid for) in the bag. To be fair, the girl at the register was apologetic about forgetting the cookies. None of those three issues are a big deal individually, but the fact that they all happened on the same visit just left me with a bad taste in my mouth.
