I'm a teacher and I have been running errands with my kids all day after teaching for 8 hours. They decided they wanted Burger King so we pulled over and placed the order for about 20 minutes just to make sure that everybody had everything they wanted. At first the app wasn't cooperating so we switched to another Burger King that's usually way more professional and fast with service. When I get there there's an SUV in the truck sitting in front of it the SUV drives around the truck and I see police come to the truck and tap the window, as if the driver was inebriated, or sleep, or worse. I drove around behind the vehicle in front of me because there was enough room. Now normally I would have just driven off but since I had just placed my order in the app for $40 and I had hungry kids in the car and was too tired to cook cuz I have been up for a total of 16 hours by that time, I waited at the window for 20 minutes because I wanted to know if I will get my order since I had paid. I looked online and found the customer service order and as I was going through the prompts about 4 minutes in, and employee finally walked in from checking to see what was happening outside. She made direct eye contact with me and went to the back of the store. I continued my complaint and I honked my horn a little bit. I admit that customer service was very helpful except for they told me that I need to wait 3 to 5 days to get my money back that just came out of my account 30 minutes ago, we all know that's going to take about 2 weeks or more. But for the employee to make eye contact with me, all lights are on and there's no indication of the store opening, now that was superbly unprofessional. I honestly believe she was a very young employee and it's not her fault and she was just following the lead of her supervisor or manager, would ever be their age but it's just the principal. I would have been perfectly okay with somebody just coming to me and telling me we're sorry that was an emergency and we're closed if you want to contact customer service they'll help you get your money back. Now how hard was that. After I have finished my complaint and was about to hang up with the young lady and make sure that she verified my email address so I can wait for however long to get the $40 back that I just spent for no reason, the young lady did come over and tell me that the store was going to be closing after I hung for her multiple times. I told her they may want to consider turning off the light so that nobody else is confused. Now I'm at home about to order Imos for my children because I won't dare drive to another drive through tonight. I won't say the Burger King has lost me as a customer but I will never in my life order at this Burger King at this hour on a app again. I guess the irony of the situation is during the pandemic last year I went to this very same Burger King and the only way they would take my order was if I ordered it through the app and came through the drive-thru because one employee was handling the drive-thru all by herself since everyone else had called off on her. I.D.K.BUT I DO KNOW ITS just KNOWING HOW TO READ and MAYBE .Take Your Time and it really wouldn't happen! Whose to say I was allergic to whatever, i state for my order but prep cant or just doesn't read makes whatevers close enough, rushing or not comprehending r just not caring _?!.. yea _company lawsuit.. Stealing $1 dollar and stealing $5 is still stealing! What happen to customer satisfaction, customers being #1 priority and each customer receiving undivided attention to there orders and service each individually. Ya know, we customers only keep the business open. We provide the cash flow to need service workers . Like,this.is.BAD.. f*BS!! Forgive me, but how do u not understand bottle water or jalapeno poppers? Like its on ure freaking menu, or was the 2 orders of 8 each and 2 water bottles to high to count?!? Excuse me for my french!! Im done. Nope! not yet;I I am very disappointed- a bit upset to say the least. Obvi.. that's a lot of money for nothing and for what was received to be wrong-Completely! Ā Ā Ā Read moreOrdered from doordash last night. 2:37am. For whatever reason they gave me two fish sandwich meals when I was supposed to only get 1 and an 8pc nugget meal. Iām allergic to lettuce and pickles yet they gave me that on one of the fish sandwiches. I attempted to call to see if maybe they ran out of nuggets or something and I could exchange the fish with lettuce and pickles for something else. I was immediately hung up on. I called again. Was told that itās doordashs fault even though they donāt package nor make the food. I got hung up on a second time. Today at 12:22pm I called to speak to the store manager. Got told she wasnāt there and that he was the āassistant managerā even though last night he told me he was the manager. I told him I wanted to speak to the big manager and he hung up on me again. Iāve already made a report with corporate and they will be handling this. Donāt come to this location. Too many people think they can be on a power trip and not get in trouble. Had I just accepted what I got and not realized there were pickles and lettuce on that sandwich I would be in the hospital right now. They need to learn they can seriously hurt someone who has an allergy and tells them not to add certain things...
