All I have to say is be CAREFUL shopping here you might get the police called on You for something so innocent. Came in to find something to wear to a meeting. Heard the so-called Manager discussing personal business with an employee of hers that was not professional spoke to her Manager she came off with a nasty attitude. In the process of getting my things my credit card had to be unlocked. Instead of the manager giving me a chance to get someone on the phone I felt like she called the police out there automatically will never shop there again because the Manager is bias it seems like she is already accepted that every black women is a thief had I been a white person I wonder had this had happened. This is very poor customer service because she had an attitude already. Be real careful how you treat the community you never know who's connected to...

If I can give this rating a zero, I would. I went to the location on Lucas Hunt & West Florissant looking for a different size of a blouse I had already purchased and was just looking around for other clothes for the upcoming warm weather and found a few items that I wanted to try on. I went over to the dressing room and the young lady who was working that area told me that the rooms were full. When one became available, she literally took a can of spray and sprayed the dressing room after the other person came out of it because that person left a body odor behind. That was a complete turn off for me. I became uninterested in trying on the items. I felt that was totally wrong for a worker to behave like that, let alone, in front of other customers. Just ghetto and bad attitudes. I will never go back to that particular...

I come here for the cute fashion and low cost, but the quality of the clothing is seriously questionable. After spending $70 on three pairs of pants, I discovered tiny holes in one pair. I could've taken them back and exchanged them but I'm not one to do that, I eat or handle my mistakes and be grateful I was able to do that.

I sewed them up.

But my issue is i shouldn't have had to do that. I feel the clothes should be checked before they're out on display. I get it sometimes things happen beyond control (I have worked clothing retail before and get its sometimes no ones fault. )

I'll still keep going to this location though because it is definitely one of my top 3...
