Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Jersey City

Two stars for the teenage employees; they were great! My problem is if you are not coherent and aware, this place will rip you off! First, they charged me for two “love its,” and I ordered “like its.” Second, I gave my phone number so I could use my BOGO for my birthday, and the manager or head ice cream person said they didn’t see it, but it was clearly in my app and I showed it to him. Then he tells me that he doesn’t see any coupons and he can only give me $2 off. After claiming the register went down, he asked one of the teenage employees to ring me up. The young man asked for my phone number and pulled up both BOGO offers under my phone number, they magically appeared 🤦🏾‍♀️ I will NEVER RETURN to this store; it drained everything out of me. Supposedly you get $5 in rewards for every $50 spent. We have spent hundreds here and never get ANY rewards. They always ask me for my phone number so they can apply them and I give it to them - but theres still NEVER any rewarde so now I feel scammed and don't like that I keep giving out my phone number to strangers. One employee suggested I get the app and I did but the company doesn't seem to recognize this location on the app - like its not a real Cold Stine Creamery. Another employee suggested that rewards point are only good for 3 days. I give up. There's a great old fashioned Dairy Queen by me so that will work. Beware of this scam

This appears to be three establishments in one location. Cold Stone creamery, Blimpie and great steak. Came here for a cheesesteak @ Great Steak. I received excellent friendly service and the sandwich was quite good. As I sit here eating, I am observing all of the workers and I have to say I am beyond impressed with their work ethic. I have been here for about half an hour, and the four young workers have not stopped moving or working the entire time. Nobody has picked up their cell phone to look at Social Media or send a text which is amazing these days. They professionally greet everybody who enters the establishment, but not in an obnoxious way. I own a small business and I know how hard it is these days to find people like this.
