CPR Cell Phone Repair — Local services in Jersey City

I must express my disappointment, as indicated by the one-star rating. Please be aware that this review will also be posted on Google.

I had a scheduled appointment at your Jersey City location to address a shattered screen. After a considerable travel time, I waited for two hours to receive my phone, only to discover that the camera was not functioning.

I was informed that the repair would cost $200, or I could contact my insurance provider. Considering the damage occurred at your location, my insurance will not cover the cost and advised me to have the camera fixed at no charge, as it was damaged while my phone was being repaired for the shattered screen.

T-Mobile also examined my phone and noted that the screen was not correctly installed, as it appears the screen they installed does not match my phone model.

I am very upset and disappointed, as I have been unable to use the camera, which is essential for my work, and now I must save money to purchase a new phone, which I did not anticipate needing.
