I'm a big fan of the milk tea from Tsaocaa tea shop. Their beverages boast robust fruity aromas and a rich blend of milk and tea flavors that come together in a delightfully natural way. It’s refreshing to enjoy drinks that taste genuinely of natural ingredients rather than the artificial flavors often found elsewhere. Each drink is distinctively crafted with attention to detail and an abundance of quality ingredients.
I've tried several unique flavors of milk tea at this shop, many of which were new to me, and each one was exceptionally tasty. The accompanying photos show the two fruit teas my roommate and I enjoyed; both were not only visually appealing but also delicious. My roommate chose a lychee-infused tea, while I opted for one with grape infused tea.
I encourage everyone to explore their selection. The shop itself has a wonderful atmosphere, enhanced by excellent music and a welcoming environment. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly, fostering a warm rapport with customers and showing great thoughtfulness—for instance, they'll store drinks in the fridge to keep them fresh if necessary.
Overall, this is a beloved tea shop, especially since it’s so conveniently located right by our home. Plus, they frequently offer...
Read moreI want to love this place, their quality of the tea is good and the menu is great. The location has potential and it’s convenient and there’s no competition nearby. But every time I order, they fail at something. Such as paying for extra boba or an add on and not getting it, adding sugar for a milk tea and not tasting it or asking for less or no ice to getting the tea full of plenty of ice. It can be very disappointing at times. I usually like ordering ahead or self-checkout because i know it can get very busy so that’s a plus and I recommend ordering ahead, you can be waiting 15 minutes for a drink. Recently i noticed a customer actually speaking and waving to get the staff’s attention and he was not acknowledged until minutes later, definitely not a good look. I believe they can improve in many ways, I will continue supporting but they need to do a little better....
Read moreI shouldn’t be so obsessed but I am. Their self-checkout kiosks allow you to choose your ice, sugar preferences and add ons. This place has real tea that you can see being poured from the silver containers above the bar—- no fake powdered stuff here! Also, I went to Gong Cha last week and their “medium”/small size was the price of the standard here at tsao caa—- on top of that, gong cha charged me 75 cents for boba when it was featured in the photo 🧋 where here, it’s already included if it’s in the picture, honey! So my order at tsao caa is $6.56 for nearly twice the size versus the $7.25 for the what going cha calls a “medium” (their smallest size). The girl math makes more sense...
