DON'T TELL THEM ANY INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR LOAN WHEN THEY ASK AND YOU JUST TELL HIM TO PULL UP YOUR LOAN AND CHANGE THE INFORMATION ON THE CAR IF NEED BE.....This place is a waste of time. Especially if you are a CHASE Costumer. They won't honor the loan from the bank that's given to you and it's because through the process they start asking you questions about your current loan to fill in an individual application of their own so they can submit their own application and give you a higher rate. We had one loan but upon receiving their 9.99% rate we called back the bank and the bank told us that they see two loans now. The one we did and the one they did LITERALLY WTHOUT CONSENT so they won't honor our original loan which was 6.5%. then they try to tell us more lies about them not being able to find our loan in the system that they're supposed to be checking but they never do because I have it on recording of the person saying they never do check for Chase customers. Another lie they told us was that our bank changed the original rate. So our bank representative helped them find it after he asked some counter questions before they decided to actually try to find it. After they did they wouldn't change the information of the car on our original loan. They just wanted to give us a whole new rate at 9.99%. Then tried to convince us that it was the bank that did it. So I grabbed my mom and I told her let's get the hell out of there and you guessed it if you've been through this before they followed us out...

We received an offer letter to take advantage of an early lease return to “Get a new car for less” and instead was told there was no such thing…after initially being told we would have to pay double, they worked the numbers better but they were never actually able to get us anywhere close to a fair price.
They wanted our well equipped leased SantaFe SEL w/the Premium package for a 2024 SantaFe SEL with less features for over $100 more per month and with $5k down…smh…so pay more and get less. I know this is not entirely the dealers fault that’s the only reason I’m changing my rating to 2 stars instead of 1.
Overall this was still a bad experience, especially since we keep getting advertising in the mail from their supposed Sales Manager- Carolina, who we never actually met in the dealership. The letter promises all these great offers and when you get there they tell you none of it is true.
Hudson Hyundai needs a new marketing and advertising approach instead of just telling us lies to get us to come in, the pulling the rug. If you get one in the mail, don’t waste your time traveling in to the dealership only to lean nothing they advertised was true. This was a complete waste of our time.
Meanwhile. We received a MUCH better deal at another Hyundai dealership that provides us a real value for our money and makes us feel appreciated.
