I called today (June 25th) around 11:30 AM to reschedule an appointment for my two children that was originally set for Thursday, June 26th at 2 PM. The woman who answeredâVanessaâwas extremely unprofessional from the start. She picked up the phone with a curt âYes?â and offered no greeting at all.
While I was trying to explain the reason for my call, she kept talking to someone else in the background and made me repeat the same information multiple times. When she gave me a new appointment for one of my children (August 4th at 12:30 PM), I reminded her the appointment was for two kids. She asked, âWhat day did I gave you again?ââeven though I had told her multiple times. It was clear she was distracted and not fully listening.
During the call, she was also making rude, mocking sounds and speaking in a condescending tone the entire time. I asked for her name, and she shouted it outââVANNESSAââspelling it in a way that felt completely disrespectful.
She claimed she put the appointment into MyChart, but I still havenât seen anything show up in the app. It makes me think she didnât actually do it, which is incredibly unprofessional.
I was outside in the heat holding my son, trying to handle something simple, and this whole experience was frustrating and upsetting. I truly hope the call was recorded so that the manager can review it and hear how she was speaking and behaving.

   Read moreI have been a patient of JCMC Outpatient Services for more than three years and I have had ten surgeries performed on me. This place is amazing and so are the people.
Over the past three years I've tried to leave a review on several occasions but could never find the words to thank the staff and doctors, and let them know how greatful I am for how well they have treated me; and for how hard they have successfully worked to prevent my leg from being amputated; and truthfully , I still don't have the words to thank them. I'm truly sorry for that and I would probably not be leaving this review if my heart was not as saddened as it is because of the loss of a great and wonderful human being.
That person was Victor.
I received the news yesterday that Victor has passed on, and as these tears roll down my face, I feel a deep pain because the world has lost a one of a kind person.
For me, Victor made JCMC Outpatient Services the most welcoming place in the world. He just makes you feel so comfortable there even when you are in the worst pain. I can't believe that he is gone. I swear I can't imagine walking in there and not seeing him.
I'm not gonna go on and on because I don't even know if all of this is ok to right on a review. I'll just leave it with this;
If you met him then you know that he went above and beyond for any and everyone.

   Read morejust left this office today and the service here is very pleasant and effective , nurse Melissa was amazing no bs , she caught everything I said , when explaining my medical history to her , at times I thought I was talking to fast and just all over the place and she understood everything, and she also was very knowledgeable and patient with me when asking me things and telling me things , dr Bimonte is the doctor I saw And he was the same way , and also very knowledgeable and honest when speaking with me ,handled me as if I mattered for real , no shade to other doctors and staffs at different locations, but Iâve left doctors offices in the past feeling uncared for and rushed so itâs means a lot to come across a team of ppl who are fast at what they do without making you feel rushed and hopeless , at the front desk I was taken care of by ms Gabby who was top notch as well , if youâve been to front desks before , then you know how hectic and overwhelming it can be , she did what needed to be done , then entire team was pleasant and moving , on top of what they needed , Blessings...
