The chicken tastes great, definitely meets expectations.

It's really a pity that the service here is horrendous. Zero f*s given. From the ordering process to order assembly to the self-service soda machine, everything is a disaster.

If you go in the evening, don't expect to be able to order what you want. Especially not the chicken sandwich, because that's currently a hot ticket item. Prefer chicken drumsticks? Good luck. But it might be available in the Spicy option ("Spicy" isn't spicy by the way, unless you find black pepper spicy).

The lady assembling my order left out my sides, and when I went back to claim them she acted like I was trying to trick her and that it was not her fault. Offensive.

Finally, for drinks... you better be flexible. It may be a coin flip between Fanta and root beer, because the other dozen options may have run out. Obviously because it's so costly to stock more...

two weeks ago, i got delicious spicy chicken sandwiches for my wife and myself, but when i returned last week it was awful. my wife went yesterday and again today. the sandwiches were terrible, and the server gave her 4 spicy chicken sandwiches instead of 2 sandwiches, each with fries. plus, the place is none too clean, the service is too slow and the staff are surly an unfriendly, as though they are doing you a favour rather than getting paid to do their job, no matter how low the wages. it's not the customer's fault. never going there again, though it's round the corner from us. they also never pick up the the phone, which is why i went online. i'm giving one star because there's no option...

Not my first time ordering from here but it will definitely be my last. I ordered blacken chicken strips, which I order often. They didn't have any ready as they have to be made when ordered. I had no problem with that. The first pic is what I initially received. There's little to no seasoning on them and when I bit in to it, it wasn't full cooked. I spoke to the manager about it and he went in the back to make a fresh order. The second picture is how they look correctly prepared. The 3rd picture is what I received 😐. They caked so much batter on them they looked like burnt breaded tenders. And let's not talk about how they tasted. Not eating...
