CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice — Restaurant in Jersey City

There’s this Asian young lady with blonde hair that works at the register, I’m not sure if she’s new there but her customer service is pretty bad and not only that she didn’t greet me when I said hi to her, it took me to say hi the second time for her to notice me and she straight up told me “ one moment “ and gave me dirty look.. That was very rude without saying “ please “ … I was the only person there it was nobody waiting on the line. She had me standing there for awhile and asked me what do I want to order… she made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. She ignored my existence and kept on speaking loudly to her coworker while had me standing right there, that is not how you do customer service … It took her a while to ask me what do I want to order. Then she didn’t even hand me the bubble tea nicely or didn’t even say “ have a good one “ … I didn’t even say thank you and I was so upset that I threw the drink in the trash. I did not deserve to get treated like that. If you don’t like working there then don’t come to work . But you don’t have no right to give people nasty attitude like that.I’m no longer a customer here anymore, I love everyone that work here and I come here every two weeks for food shopping but I’m no longer want to buy bubble tea over here anymore....

EXTREMELY DISGUSTING RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE‼️

We always buy bubble tea on this location after our grocery. But just today 03/06/2023 around 4:40pm. the asian girl who's working at the cashier who is EXTREMELY RUDE and mean to me and my boyfriend. When she took our order her first word is "WHAT IS IT?" In a mean way. So my boyfriend and I look at each other if she's ok or what. Then when we got our order my bf accidentally dropped his drink and it spill on the floor and he pick it up right away and asked the cashier if they have a garbage can, she even didn't allow my bf to throw the cup on their garbage and still continue being rude. Worst cashier I've ever experience and have the audacity to call the customer a dumb. How come this company hire those kind of people who doesn't like what their doing and have an attitude to their customer. Definitely not going back here. She literally made a scene at the store yelling to me saying " ARE U DUMB?" How you can say that to your customer?? Like for real, and fighting to her co worker?? Very...

I'm giving this place 1 star just because they were open. I read the comments about bad service but didn't think it would affect me. I wanted to order bubble tea and asked to make me the usual black tea with milk. The girl asked me how much sugar I want and that's it. Then they gave me my order - it was a regular milk tea without pearls. In addition, no one asked me if I wanted a cold or hot drink, but I wanted a hot one. Yes, I forgot to mention it myself, but it's their job to ask me what exactly I want. They handed over my tea, put up a “Closed” sign and just went to the staff room, so I didn’t even have time to say that I wanted a completely different drink...
