Nail LOUNGE — Local services in Jersey City

Hello good evening I come to this platform because I feel disrespected. As a part of society I know how I want to be treated and greeted. Because I treat and greet people with the upmost respect. Yesterday May 21st I went into Nail lounger to get serviced I chose a gel set. In the beginning owner only quote $45 for everything then towards the end hw throws in how the coloring for the gel set is a extra $15. I was opposed to it bc for one I don't have extra money for him to say at the last min. Then I wanted my nails to look right so I needed gel everything. So I trust the quality and opt-in for the gel coloring. Before I left yesterday he said my nails was completely dry. That was a story paint chipped off on both thumb and a finger (Three all together). I went back today hoping for fixture I left there the wife confirm it was dry I felt surface was dry as well. I only drive for a living so Im not doing heavy labor. I look down at my hands and the Gel is lifting. At this point I want great service that I paid for. I paid a whole $60 and my fingers do not look like it. I feel like I was beat I called the store back to speak to the man who did my nails and he knew it was me he hung the phone up I called back he ignored it and sent my call to a non voicemail line. Nail LOUNGE, is an overpriced, low quality place to get your nails done. They also don’t value customers as they are just trying to “get the job done”. Had a very bad experience on 9/18/2021. Had an appointment for 1:30 for 2 individuals and arrived slightly early. They only let one individual get pedicure at the 1:30 time and instead the second individual didn’t get the chance to even get a pedicure because this store lied and said they would have 2 spots available at 1:30 but they lied, only one was available and by 1:50 the second individual didn’t even get served. This place lacks organization and also does not value customer service to any degree. They deserve to be shut down soon and I would go anywhere else over this place regardless of price. Beware of this place because they really don’t care about anything besides getting money and they will do the sloppiest, 15 minute job, while also not having good procedures for 2 people coming in at the same time. Doing one persons pedicure before you even start the second pedicure is unacceptable, especially when the party has to leave quickly and is in a rush in general. Please avoid this place at all costs and I am writing this long of a review for good reason! If it wasnt for my co worker I wouldnt come here. I was overwhelmed of how the (tech) did to my nails. I usually go to my regular nail salon but since this is closer to my work i went here. Very kind people okay i got there before my appointment but i had to wait around 10-20mins. I picked up the regular color and wanted gel color with same color i picked from regular. I was told to pick from gel color when i had a color already told they don’t have the same color. She quickly clean my feet for less than 20mins and i told her square for my style of nails and she only cut my nails without filling nor styling my nails. All nail polish was either have stains on my nails or not fully coated. While everyone who was in the pedicure line was still there and i was done less than 30mins way before the people who was there before me.
