Van Vorst Park — Attraction in Jersey City

Van Vorst Park is a really nixe place. It is close to Frank R Conwell middle school number 4, so there are a lot of kids there after 2:45 PM TO 4:00 PM. Upon entering the park through the main entrance, you will find a alL section dedicated to a sandbox, and two sets of swings one for older kids the other for younger kids. While walking further, you will find a nice gazebo where you can just sit and relax for a while. Next to the gazebo is a small dog park with 2 sections one for small dogs and one for big dogs. If you keep walking straight from the gazebo, youll find the second playground sith slides, a small water park to the side which has water running through it on hot summer days, and benches. The best part in Jersey City , this park is so clean and beautiful , the trees are tall and wide creating natural canapi, children play ground is small but sweet , also have water play , there is little play ground with sand for liitle ones and swings for babies. Hand made by the comunity , adorble bird houses! Also cute dog park , In the middle of the park there is Gozebo which is in use for children event, some people do wedding events at the gosebo , over all is very inviting invironment , positive vibes every inch of the park. Great accessible park in jersey city. Kids have two sections to play. One has 2 swings for toddlers and 2 swings for bigger kids. The other has slides and playground. There is also a splash pad open from 9 am to 8pm. There is a separate area for a dog park. There is a gazebo and tables you can book to do a picnic as well.
