I wouldnt even give this place 1 star! The so called owner's ignorant attitude.I went to exchange a pair of sneakers I purchased 24 hrs.prior ,they were worn not even 4 hours and took them off because they were uncomfortable.I didnt wipe down the bottom like I usually would before an exchange or refund, mind you there was NO DAMAGE! Only b/c it had a little tiny dust on the bottom.I felt like he must've had a bad day or he wasnt getting any, b/c of his attitude.Then as I proceeded to leave bc he was getting disrespectful & loud, and yelled "THIS IS NOT E-BAY!" Which makes no sense b/c Ebay is online,that goes to show you where his education level is..S.M.H.Its a shame having people with obvious anger problems working in a place such as MAGIC SNEAKERS. I have bought shoes here previously as it is close to my home. However, today I wanted to buy some shoes however I quickly changed my mind and didn’t even go in after witnessing the disgusting behavior from [who seemed to be] workers standing outside the door towards a young lady in the street. They were standing outside and doors and cat called a girl walking by. After she ignored them, they continued to talk to her and laughed, even went as far as pulling out their phone to record her as she walked away. One was wearing a black cap with a beige like t shirt and the other had a gray shirt with a black durag. I would rather take my business elsewhere. I genuinely think that the store should reevaluate who they employ and what type of environment they want to give...
