RIPT Jersey City Dispensary — Local services in Jersey City

They had a few promotions one of them was spend &150.00 get 25% off and you get a free pack of pre rolls or an eight.... i got some 9.50 pre rolls that were on sale among other items.... asked if i would still get 25% off and at first they said no... so i showed them the flyer and i said they are literally no restrictions... he said oh okay it worked in the computer bc he tried it.. anyway so i place my order with a few other items and they have a tin of CAMINO SOURS i say oh they aren't mine and he goes oh we have no more of the others left so this is what we are going to give you .. prior to that i told him many times i had bought 6 containers last time and they were literally useless! so they give this to me instead of the flower or pre rolls.... i said can i get something else and they said no.... by this point im just over it... so i check out and tell him it doesn't look like the 25% came off the sale price... they said it did... WELL guess what!?! i got home and the 25% was NOT taken off the sale price like they said it would be!! so i went through all that hassle to spend $150 to save money (that i didn't save) and literally got CAMINO SOURS that i won't use.. they did The best they could do with replacing the item that was supposed to be given for free… That's not what upsets me so much… It's the fact that I said to the kid it doesn't look like the 25% came off the sale price and they said...

I normally don’t leave reviews but I had to. I walked into Ript for the first time after the clear but not so clear dangerous walk to the building. The faded signs on the floor makes it no better. So anyway I walked into an empty store. I should have known something was up then. There’s one kiosk in the middle of the floor for you to order your product. Unlike like Cookies Harrison, urbnd in Newark there’s no flowers to smell or even see. So at this point I’m doing a blind buy. So I said let me try the cherry lemon gusher. Then I ask the guy at the register how is it, he said this is one of our best products here. It was $65 plus tax and fees. I ask can I use my card he said yes. He then charged me $83 then gave me back my change in cash. I got home open the product it had no smell and was so dry it turned into dust as I was breaking it down. It was so bad I don’t even want a store credit or refund. I don’t want to be anywhere near that store. This store is OVERPRICED!!!!! Terrible product that you can’t even see or smell and clearly no one at the store have knowledge of good product. If you’re a smoker that like great tasting product goto Cookies Harrison or Urbnd you won’t be disappointed. Don’t get Ript...

I recently visited this dispensary for an event and a second time just to shop and, unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming. While the store itself is large, well-designed,  has a nice layout, and is conveniently located, the service left much to be desired. The budtenders seemed to lack any real knowledge of the products beyond the basic Indica vs. Sativa distinctions, making it difficult to get any helpful advice when trying to make a selection. I felt like I was more or less on my own to figure out what might suit my needs.

Additionally, customer service was a major disappointment. I reached out to the store multiple times for inquiries, but never received a response. It’s frustrating when a business doesn't make an effort to engage with its customers, especially when you're seeking guidance or clarification.

With several other dispensaries in the area offering better service, I don't see a compelling reason to return here. Prices are pretty much in line with other locations, so there’s nothing special in that regard either.
