Front desk worker was rude, incapable of interacting with public and became physically aggressive. Instead of telling me and my mother that the studio area was off limits to the public (mind you there are no signs stating do not enter, and looks very inviting). He yelled repeatedly that there was “nothing there” to our misunderstanding, we thought there would be some glass exhibits showcasing art, which there was. After the 2nd time telling us there was nothing there his tone became harsher and harsher. Then he FINALLY said that the area was off limits to the public, unbeknownst to us but I guess that was his way of telling us no? He was told how rude he was and became angry. When my mother went to go take a picture of him he aggressively rushed up my 5’1 foot tall mother to do who knows what, and I had to put myself between them. Lucky I didn’t call 911. From the very beginning when we were near the fluorescent lights exhibit, and painting by the bathroom he yells over to us that there “is nothing there” Is that any way to talk to visitors?
