My one star rating may seem low, however, it’s beyond generous. I’m working in the area for a week, so I came here yesterday for a coffee, (I did not return for one today so, take your own guesses on how it was), and saw they offered pizzas etc. today, I came to order one, however, the disappointed look from the cashier as the words ā€œcheese pizzaā€ left my mouth followed by a response saying ā€œwe’re kinda behind on pizzas, do you want a sandwich?ā€. First of all, if I wanted a sandwich, I probably would’ve ordered one. I said no, but also was discouraged enough to move on from the pizza. Looking up at the menu (with limited options to begin with), I decided I could suffice with ā€˜Mac and cheese balls’. The cashier did a 180, looking at perhaps the air fryer behind him (?) and responded, once again, by asking if I wanted a sandwich. I appreciate his dedication, but no, unfortunately I still did not want a sandwich. He said ā€œif you insistā€. What? Wasn’t sure how it had became a negotiation for what I wanted to purchase from them, but alas. Me, finding this whole ordeal quite comical, agreed on mozzarella sticks after he recommended them, just to settle the barter. Ten minutes after I saw one of the workers scoop out a handful of frozen grey logs out of a plastic bag and into a household air fryer, I received the food - if we want to even call it that. Besides there being almost no mozzarella in the mozzarella sticks, they tasted like the encounter I had with the employee: stale and half-assed. I honestly couldn’t care less about the food. I just stopped in after walking by because I wanted pizza. It’s on me for going to do anything more. But hey, if you’re going to run a business terribly, at least have food worth eating.

The pizza and coffee are excellent. But the service is the standout here - the best I’ve experienced at a restaurant, period. This is a place with a clear vision. They prioritize customer experience and connection over anything else, and I felt that in the 30 minutes I spent at Crosswalk Pizza. The staff is knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. Manager Jacob and the crew were kind and friendly but not overbearing. I’m truly blown away by my experience here, and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

Ordered two Margherita pizzas and both came completely wrong no sauce at all, just plain dough with cheese and random red pepper on top. Basically inedible. Really disappointing quality control.
