UPDATED REVIEW APRIL 2025: To make a long story short, stay away from this clinic-especially if you suffer from diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol etc. Iāve been trying for months to receive my prescription for ozempic, a medication that I need for my health, but according to Dr. Kindness and her staff, my insurance is the problem and not them. They claimed to have sent prior authorization twice (before I left a bad review) and when I asked for proof, they couldnāt provide that. My insurance has not received anything and itās been over 7 days since they āsentā the last prior authorization. Today, I was blocked from making any calls to the office, so I decided to drive up to the clinic and figure out what the problem is and if there was going to be a solution. I told them my insurance sent them a prior authorization form via Fax and Dr. kindness told me that she did receive it today but that she wasnāt going to send it unless I deleted my bad review. I told her Iām allowed to express myself and my experience but she said Iām not telling the truth. I told her I wasnāt going to delete it until she sent the new prior authorization form again for the āthird timeā and she walked away from me. No sympathy, no apology, no real help or support from anyone that works there. I have never given them a reason to treat me this way, but my bad review is apparently such a horrible thing that I canāt get the medical help and attention I need now. After years of being a patient here, Iāve never asked for anything like this, but I need it and my Dr failed me. My insurance did not receive not one of the two forms so I have reason to believe that they were never sent in the first place. After todays situation, I will be reporting this clinic for negligence and unethical treatment.
March 2025: Iāve been coming to this clinic for at least two years now and I am honestly not happy here anymore. Iāll first say that the doctors were really nice, especially the male one. He was easy to talk to. At the end of the appointment the lady doctor tells me my blood test results would be ready tomorrow morning. I didnāt get a call the next day so I called myself. The girl who answered the phone, told me that results took about 3 days actually. So I thought ok well thatās fine. They eventually do call within the 3 days. Now hereās the part that pissed me offā¦Whoever calls me, the assistant or clerk, whatever she is. Says three words. And shes almost whispering like she doesnāt even want to call. āEverything is fine.ā And Iām like uhm okay? Thats it? She basically goes āYep. Ok bye.ā I paid $200 for you to only say three words? Dr Kindness Always charge $35 when I have insurance and she did not put it towards any deductible or any part of my insurance so I called my insurance because they (Dr. Kindness) said I owe $15 for one visit that I had and come to find out the $35 that she always charged me and my husband has never even been reported to the insurance so that makes me wonder she was pocketing $35 every visit that me and my husband have been making for the past few years. My insurance called them and wanted to do a three-way talk with Dr. kindness and according to the receptionist she was going to call me back just me not the insurance and have not heard from them since then its been more than two weeks or three. So if you think the $35 that sheās always charging for the visit after you leave you better double check with your insurance or call your insurance to make sure it is going to your deductible or any part of your insurance and itās being claimed or deducted because youāre going to be in a situation where if you have to go to the hospital or something and you still have a full deductible to pay.
